Welcome to Brie & Bubbles; our new Blog Space.

We debated about whether it should be called Bubbles & Brie or Brie & Bubbles; which one should go first as we love both equally! We settled on Brie & Bubbles as food is what started us at The Platter Company and what we are so passionate about.

This is new territory for us writing blog posts and we want it to be helpful for you. If there is something you want to read about or learn about, let us know and we’ll do our best to cover that topic for you. Just email us at gourmet@theplattercompany.ca
